The Tower allows convenient, practical access, on three levels, to a lattice structure 15 metres high, which can be used both for simulation of overhead work with the aid of ropes and for staff evacuation and rescue drills. Built in steel, it also has an external ledge for practice in rescuing unconscious suspended staff.
